Color Customization

Flower Arrangements and Customization Everbloom Rentals will provide flowers tailored to your style and color preferences. A 10% fee, based on the rental cost, will be applied in addition to the cost of flowers for custom colors. Please note that flower colors depend on seasonal availability, and substitutions may be made as needed. Working with Other Florists If you are working with other florists for bouquets, centerpieces, or other floral arrangements, it is your responsibility to communicate any specific flower requirements to Everbloom Rentals. Everbloom Rentals will not be responsible for matching floral arrangements provided by a separate florist. We will match your color palette provided. Setup and Preparation Our team will prepare, arrange and insert flowers on-site during the setup time at your venue. Responsibility of the Client The client is responsible for providing a color palette for Everbloom Rentals to incorporate into the floral arrangements. Any changes to the fresh floral order or special requests must be communicated no later than 20 days before the event. Payment and Fees Your customization choices will be added to the final invoice. Cancellation Policy If cancellation for fresh florals occurs less than 30 days before the event, the full balance will be charged. Liability Everbloom Rentals is not liable for delays or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or venue restrictions.
